Orders are processed within same day (working days: Mon-Fri, except holidays) for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. by previously verified customers. Next Day Express Delivery is only available to Verified customers. UPSL Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. All new customers, payment must be verified prior to shipping.

Ye. We charge VAT on items that VAT is applicable to, and is visible on the product as “VAT Inclusive”
We currently only ship to Trinidad and Tobago. However, if in Guyana, you may buy from our Guyana branch: circuitzone.info, or contact us with your details and we will inform you of any available carrier that we can ship through and the rates for your order. Contact us from our Contact Page
Depending on the items ordered, small items will be packaged together once the box remains smaller than 24in x 24in x 30in. Large items will be individually boxed.

If you received the wrong item, do not open the retail packaging of the item and immediately contact us at 674-9000/625-9000 to have the delivery corrected.
All TV’s, Monitors and Laptops are checked prior to shipping, however in shipping sometimes items may get damaged. If the package is looking damaged, do not accept the package from the delivery personnel. Contact us Immediately at 674-9000/625-9000 with details of your order to have the order rectified.

If you entered an incorrect Shipping Address, you can edit your Adresses in your profile and immediately contact us via phone (674-9000) to have your corrected address applied to the Order.
Yes you can cancel and order after you make an online purchase, pleae contact us immediately 674-9000 to request an online refund.

Changing the items in an order is possible once the total is equal or more. If it is more the service rep will advise of an alternative payment method (usually PayPal) and a link to send the difference in the order
